Kenyon sandwich - My Favorite Things Photo Challenge Photo #3

THIS delightful creation is what we have fondly termed a "Kenyon sandwich," and it's a Sunday tradition around these parts. Named for its original creator, here is the recipe: Homemade roll (made lovingly every Sunday by Dad,) roast beef, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Don't knock it 'til you try it 'cause it's delicious! Yum-mo. Kind of makes you hungry just thinking about it, doesn't it? Stop by on any given Sunday and you can taste this little culinary delight for yourself.
