Mr and Mrs Chase!

Note to self: learn to pose people like this!!!

BIG thanks to the awesome photography team who let me tag along and were even willing to share their knowledge and tips. I couldn't believe how generous they were to me. Thank you!!

Lacey and Cory, may all your days be as happy as this one!!!

the reception

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous is the only word I can use...

My kids were in heaven with this one!!
(Especially this kid.)

Beautiful buckets of fresh flowers (sigh)

Incredible ice scuplture with bowls of shrimp and strawberries with lime curd that were to DIE for!!!

And finally, my favorite picture from the reception:
Mother of the Bride with the incredibly talented caterer, Mary Crafts

I sincerely hope they weren't discussing price here! :)

dancing fools!

The party on the dance floor was the place to be.
We handed the camera over to the little guys (Kyler and Kolby,)
and then we danced the night away.
I have no explanation for this...they must have been playing Abba.

Toooooo much fun!!!

Then we wished the bride and groom a happily ever after and sent them on their sparkly way...
May your fairy tale never have an ending!
Love you guys so much.

i'm turning into a butterfly

As I was tucking Kolby into bed tonight, one of my bones cracked. Kolby said, "What was that?" I said, "My bones cracked because I'm getting old." He said, in all seriousness, "Maybe you're just turning into a butterfly!"

Wonder what he thinks I've been up until now?
